Pasta:  maccheroni-rigati (short) OR tagliatelle (long)

Sauce:  marinara OR vodka

Salad: Caesar OR arugala with lemon vinaigrette

To nibble on: roasted garlic OR olives OR giardiniera (pickled vegetables)
