Artisan Pasta

Made fresh using traditional Italian bronze plates and simple, peasant-style ingredients: semolina flour, water, olive oil.  Offerings vary weekly.

Spaghetti (1.9mm)

Not just for tomato sauce and meatballs,
it goes with just about anything.


Tagliatelle (6.0mm)

A long pasta traditionally paired with Bolognese sauce,
it is also a good choice for cream sauces.

Maccheroni Rigati (8.0mm)

Smaller than rigatoni, this ridged (rigati) tubular pasta
soaks up any sauce.



Caserecce

A short pasta twisted upon itself, it's great for hearty
meat sauces and pestos.

Made at Seabreeze Kitchen and Pizza by Chef Phil Bianco, our sauces are made from simple ingredients and are rich in flavor and texture.  Offerings vary weekly.

Marinara

Bolognese

Roasted Garlic

rich and buttery; the perfect compliment to crusty Ciabatta bread

Garlic and Herb Butter

Spread this on Ciabatta bread and bake for a quick and easy garlic bread.
