Our Story

Bayview Kitchen and Catering is a partnership of two local residents who share a passion for good food and the Milford community.  Phil Bianco is the chef and owner of Seabreeze Kitchen and Pizza, and culinary instructor at Lincoln Tech. Geoff Wardman is a mechanical engineer and a life-long “foodie” with an entrepreneurial spirit. 

The two met through the Calf Pen Meadow school community and soon recognized their common interests and goal: creating a local business that brings good food to their neighborhood. They saw an opportunity to provide convenient, take-home meals to the greater Bayview/Melba St/Point Beach/Morningside area.  As dads of busy families, Phil and Geoff understand the importance of family dinners, as well as the challenge of finding time to cook high quality food. Their solution: ready-to-heat, take home dinners featuring fresh, store-made pasta, signature pasta sauces, fresh green salads & dressings and Scratch baked bread.

Future plans for Bayview Kitchen and Catering include expanding the menu of take-home dinner options, as well as offering full-service catering, and a mobile restaurant to reach more Milford neighborhoods and local events (think food truck/trailer).  Stay tuned….
